PMU Announces Advisory Board

The Progressive Muslim Union of North America (PMU) has just announced the makeup of its Board of Advisors.

The group, which features prominent Muslims who have endorsed PMU's objectives, will advise the organization's board of directors and members on long-range policy matters.

The PMU Advisory Board includes, among others, former Pakistani Ambassador to Britain Akbar Ahmed and noted Qur'anic scholar Amina Wadud.
